The total stay was relaxing during holidays. The rooms were airy and with bathroom, balcony and french windows. The absolutely kind staff was the best thing, were ready to help. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect - walk from bars and restaurants. I didn't feel like leaving, so couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Well-equipped and well decorated room provided with a green patio, a window to a green patio, a shared bathroom. Peaceful and ideal location within a close distance from Palma Cathedral.

The total stay was wonderful in winter. The location was particularly good, for example, a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Walk from a bus stop, a market and a bakery were not far as well.

Had a good choice of options for breakfast, it was inexpensive. The staff tried to be very sympathetic and made our stay an extra special experience. Have stayed here many times and will definitely go back there again.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Another thing I liked was the charming and traditional decor of the hotel. It had a lot of character and felt like a step back in time. The staff were also helpful and stored my luggage for me after I checked out.

One thing that bothered me was the noise level. The walls were quite thin and I could hear other guests talking and moving around in their rooms.

the hotel was unique and quirky, and the staff were extremely friendly, liked the incredible location short walk to the port and cathedral and shopping areas, and the palma beach. the room was good-sized and unique with lovely old furniture, everything was fine. all in all a special stay, the venue met needs.

The accommodation is in the center of the town. I greatly enjoyed my room - spotless on all the pictures.
